Why are there literally no Brahma Temples in India? Why is Brahma not worshipped in India?

To start with, I know there are a handful of Brahma temples where Brahma is worshipped in India but this more of an exception than the norm especially when compared to Shiva & Vishnu. I think you get the gist. So India has a plethora of new as well as ancient temples dedicated to Vishnu & Shiva across the country. However isn't it curious why there are so few temples dedicated to Brahma. So why is Brahma who is part of the trinity of Brahma Vishnu Mahesh i.e. The Creater, Protector & Destroyer finds for itself so few places of worship & not so popular among deities.
